"Chk_bf_quota" error message

Hello Managers,

     I saw the following message:

          Chk_bf_quota: user quota underflow for user 1018 on fileset /
          Chk_bf_quota: user quota underflow for user 1017 on fileset /
          Chk_bf_quota: user quota underflow for user 1023 on fileset /

What does it mean? I had not set quota for these user on filesystem / :

          root:/> /usr/sbin/quota -U 1018
          Disk quotas for user sptai (uid 1018): none


     I found some letters talking about this issue in the archive-list, but there is no SUMMARY. Would you give me a help
to tell me the answer or instruct me where to find the answer.
