Hi all,
I am experiencing some troubles on my AdvFS domain usr, and who knows, something
could be going on with an other domain, yesterday, everything still looked
normal and I just noticed the problem a while ago.
What I can see is with the df command, the total of the free blocks and the used
ones doesn't amount to the total blocks of that domain, by a large amount, it's
like close to 300MB are gone into oblivion, the inconsistancy seems to be with
the reported used blocks, the ratio of used space on that domain was about 30%
before and is now about 9%.
Running the verify command would require taking the system offline for a while,
and that's something I'd like to avoid.
Is there any other way to fix such a problem without taking the system down?
Would this problem get worse and corrupt the filesystems if I let that go on
much longer?
