corrupted uerf

i am trying to run a 3rd party monitoring app (RoboMon) that does a uerf -Rr
300 | grep Physical memory as part of its "discovery" processing. on one of
my 4.0d PK#1 boxes it runs forever, and when i do the command myself i get a
bit of good info and then it says "CORRUPTED ERROR ENTRY - ENTRY DUMP" and
proceeds to spew lots of useless (to me) info. this goes on for at least 45
minutes before i finally stopped it. how can i delete this corrupted uerf?
is it a simple matter of dev/nulling the /var/adm/binary.errlog? any help
is appreciated.
