Tuning AIO in kernel subsystem

Help, a little unclear on something...

I need to know the relationship between the aio-max-percent and
aio-max-num attributes in the RT subsystem. According to the
performance tuning manual, aio-max-percent limits the maximum number of
concurrent aio requests that can be set by aio-max-num by limiting the
percentage of memory that the aio database can occupy.

How does it scale, ie. if I set aio-max-percent to 2% will the aio
database be large enough to handle x requests? (ie. 128 as default
aio-max-num is 64).
