DS20 Dead?

OK I've got a call into Compaq Hardware support, but in the mean time,
just in case this is something that *maybe* I can do something about,
let me toss it out to the group.

My DS20 was working fine last night. This morning, it was down. I can't
get up to a boot prompt now. The last attempt from power-up resulted
in this message:

Machine Check Logout Frame _at_ 0x6000 Code = 0x86

    Alpha 21264 IPRs (CPU 0):
    I_STAT: 0000000000000000 DC_STAT: 0000000000000008
    C_ADDR: 0000000000011E80 DC1_SYNDROME: 0000000000000000
    DC0_SYNDROME: 0000000000000000 C_STAT: 0000000000000000

Processor correctable error through vector 630.

repeating endlessly on the console. Usually the system hangs doing
the I/O Probe. Once it made it to the >>> prompt but panic'd when
trying to boot unix.

Beyond getting the Compaq service folks out here, does anyone
have a suggestion as to what might be wrong?
