I am a student at the University of California Riverside majoring in
Computer
Science & Engineering. I am currently working at the Mirage Research Lab
on campus. I have been assigned the task of investigating the y2k
compliance of our Dec alpha machines. We have nine (9) DEC Alpha PC
150Mhz and one (1) DEC Alpha PC 300 Mhz. Most of the dec alphas (all
except two) run DEC OSF/12.0. The two that don't run OSF run the 5.2
release of Red Hat Linux and the 5.0 Release of Red Hat Linux.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me information regarding
the y2k compliance of these machines. If these machines are not y2k
compliant, what steps need to be taken to ensure their compliancy.
Again, any help you could offer would greatly be appreciated.
