I was very happy to receive this reply from Alan, he was the only one
who replied!

I got the feeling that It's a trial and error procedure but you have to
be very careful and to do some calculations as well.

These control the maximum and default values for the data and stack size
limits. Up to their maximum size they're
 as big as you want or need them to be. They affect how much memory
will be used, so you'll want to be aware of how much virtual memory will
be needed if a large number of processes actually use that much. The
affect on physical memory and paging will depend on the real memory
needs of the processes.
