OSF 3.2 sendmail and relay

Greetings,

Is there a version of sendmail/sendmail.cf that does not allow mail relaying
around
for OSF/1 v3.2? Or, can a newer version be built easily?

The version running with the 3.2/3.2C OSF is 5.65 and there does not seem
to be a way with mailsetup to disable mail relay.
