Patch Kit available for Digital UNIX 4.0F?

I *know* this question's been asked but I can't find it in the mailing
list. Anyway, is there a patch kit available for 4.0F? As I've indicated in
the past our relational database runs fine under 4.0D but fails under 4.0F.
It appears that the OS is trashing a register during heavy thread activity
- we're working on a small reproducer to send to support.
