SUMMARY: One SCSI disk, multiple LUN addresses

Thanks to all who responded. It seems that the general consensus was that
this was either a termination issue, a bad drive, or a drive that was not
SCSI-2 complient. I'm fairly sure that the drive was terminated properly
because I tried it on its own bus with just a single ribbon cable and also
with a ribbon cable with 2 plugs; the drive in one and a terminator in the
other.

I've finally decided to put the drive aside and not deal with the headaches
of using it. I had originally installed it to see if the disk size was as
claimed and if the drive was DOA. This will teach me to buy equipment on
Ebay.com.

Thanks again to all who offered suggestions.
