I asked about where dia was in DU v4.0F.
I received a number of replies/suggestions. Thanks to all who replied. Here
are the responses:

* Associated products volume one (DECevent) - you may have to license it
separately. It's called DECevent on the listings.
"On my 4.0F distribution, the DIA was on one of the
supplementary products CDs. If you don't have a key
for it, save yourself some aggravation and don't allow
it to configure itself to autostart from the IVP in setld."

* Download the current version from Dec at ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC
        - or from: http://www1.service.digital.com/svctools/

* "I just received my TRU 64 V5.0 kit this week. DECevent is part
of the base O/S in V5.0. Thats apparently when it becomes the standard."

* "Actually, dia is being replaced by Compaq Analyze ("ca") for the EV6 cpus
on DS20s and ES40s, etc. Currently, the only exception is for GS140s
   (8400s with EV6 cpus)."
"'ca' doesn't have a commandline interface and so isn't integrated with
sys_check. 'dia' doesn't properly decode cpu events for ev6 and ev6.7
chips and sys_check fails to properly read the binary errorlog
    for these systems."
