Thaks to all of You for Yours help.
Problem was in the default values for osi transport template cons.
There is two parameters:
Send Implementation ID, and Send preffered TDPU size.
Default values for this two prameters are TRUE. But, Ericsson switch
OSI protocol stack does not recognize this two parameters. The solution
was put this parameters to FALSE.
