Hi all:
I am having trouble getting sendmail 8.9.0 to process the incoming mail
queue. I've just moved my machine from my old job
(brashear.wellesley.edu) to my new job (brashear.phys.appstate.edu).
Telnet and all the other networking services, including outgoing mail,
work fine. Incoming mail is accepted for delivery, but never delivered
to the user. Incoming mail between users on brashear doesn't work
either, and mail -v username hangs at:
Connecting to local...
At this point I'm baffled. I've rebuilt the sendmail.cf file with m4,
then totally rebuild and resinstalled sendmail itself, all with no luck.
I'd be most appreciative if anyone could help, and will of course post a
summary.
