HSZ50 Cache batteries

Hi,
from somewhere I have got the idea into my head that HSZ50 External
Cache Batteries need to be changes every so often ( every 2 years
rings a bell).

However after pouring over the manuals I cant seem to find any
reference about changing ECBs on a HZ50. All I can find is how to
replace the batteries.

So to put my mind at peace, do the ECBs need to be changed after a
period of time? And if they do where does it say so?
