Does anyone have any code that will return the MAC
address of the machine that the code is running on ??
We are wanting to deploy software to various sites
and are wanting to use the MAC address to create a
license key that will allow the user to use our
software. Does anyone have any code or code examples
that will: 1) Obtain the MAC address, 2) generate a
software key from the MAC address ??
We are wanting to deploy this software/licensing
scheme on Alpha Tru64, SGI Irix, WIN NT (Intel).
Any suggestions and/or pointer are greatly appreciated.
