null child passed to XtManageChildren

Hi Managers,

I have got a problem I cannot solve alone.
When loggin in as an user at a workstation,
i get the error message:

Warning: null child passed to XtManageChildren
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Ok, now I can work like normal as the user. But what could
be the reason of this error?
