Managers:
We're having problems setting the form length on an LG09+ printer. We
have both set the printer configuration via the LCD window setup on
the printer itself, and tried submitting the commands via print filter.
We've tried using pw and pl settings on the printcap file. In any case,
however, the printer is reset to 66 lines before the job comes through
(the default mode).via the LCD pannel when we try to select other
emulation than LG the printer reset to default emulation before jobs
comes trough.
We are using LG09+ on the lp0 of an Alphaserver 800 with Compaq Unix
4.0F with the lG09+ given filter.
the test with a motorolla system works fine.
We're wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where else we might
try to set this process to run correctly
