Tuning 4.0F for Oracle

I've got an ES40, ESA12000 combination that I'll be using to
support Oracle 8.0.x exclusively and I'd like to get 4.0F tuned as
well as I can for that environment. Is anyone supporting a similar
configuration that can make some suggestions, or is there a FAQ or
something that has specific recommendations somewhere? Will summarize.
