Looking for a non TCL Text or Xwindows SNMP mngt tool

I have a couple hubs I want to use a SNMP management
tool with and was looking for a text or X windows based
public domain/GNU program that will run on a 3.2c machine
or for 2.2.6 linux.

I do not have Tcl/Tk installed, however Perl 5.005 is.
