problem....

du4.0d,
for the last two mornings, I've had this file called croutXBAaaansa in my
/tmp directory which has filled up all the disk space and caused all manner
of problems on the server in the morning.

This morning it was 67MB, if I pg it, it is full of CPIO offset errors,

where is this file likely to come from and how do I stop it, what's a cpio
error?

I am running 4.0D, and Qualcomm qpopper. I have been using it for over
two year without a problem.

My users are getting the following message...

"Network error: Socket is not connected"

The users seem to be receiving mail without a problem, but they cannot
send mail????

When I check the mailq I see the following..
