Hello,

Thanks to everyone's answers, which were pretty much across the board:

use 'swapon -s' to get virtual memory statistics.

alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com also suggested that the easiest way to get statistics
about physical memory (core) was to manually analyze the /proc filesystem.
