Problems after installing patch

Hi all,

After installing the duv40d00005 patch set I'm having problems bringing the
AS1200 box back up.

It has gone nto single user mode and I'm unable to run genvmunix. no licenses
appear to be installed.

I've read though the release notes but appear to still have this issue, as they
don't help much.

Anyone seen this problem?
