About Alpha 433au Workstation display card?

Hi, managers,

I have installed Tru64 Unix 4.0E on my old Alpha 433au Workstation,
but the display card can not work well, it is just 16 colors VGA mode.
What's wrong with it? If someone knows, please help me.
