kill "Uninterruptible sleeping processes"?

Is there a way to kill "Uninterruptible sleeping processes"

I tried "fuser -k" on a NFS mount as it was hanging. Now this "fuser -k"
has become the following

13008 ttyp2 U + 0:00.02 fuser -k /gentran/server/PRD/templar/incoming

I am not able to "kill" 13008 using any kill signals. Is there a way to
get around it without rebooting?
