Boot 4.0x from Jaz Drive

I have found a summary explaining how to write disk labels to Jaz drives
(thanks Adrian Burd), but I am still not convinced that I will be able to
create a bootable Jaz disk for Tru64 UNIX 4.0x. (I have not purchased the
drive yet)

Has anyone done this successfully using the 2GB Jaz disks? Please send the
implementation details.
