raid controller config

Hi,

I was wondering, when you get a really silly configuration from
a reseller (i.e. 4 drives in a ds20 configed as a single raid 5 array for
the OS and such) and they don't send you the controller config floppy,
is it downloadable anywhere?

I don't recall ever seeing it on the tru64 utils or CD's, only on floppy.
Any pointers??
