Hi everyone, thanks to:

"Davis, Alan" <Davis_at_Tessco.Com>
John Losey <JOHLOS_at_HBSI.COM>
Chris Myers <cmyers_at_kiski.net>
<noghri_at_nauticom.net>

Richard Rogers <R.M.Rogers_at_staffs.ac.uk>
Bruce Senn <sennb_at_union.edu>
"Frank Wortner" <frank_at_bondnet.com>

for a bunch of good answers. For me the easiest,
suggested by a couple of you, was to use
dxaccounts as follows:

View/Local Templates/Default/Security and adjust
password expiration lifetime to the desired number
of weeks.

What I didn't understand was that this setting will
affect not only new users created after this point
but also existing users that were created using this
template.

Note that if you have created other templates (in
addition to the "Default" one) you must adjust these
also.

A non-CDE alternative is to edit /etc/auth/system/default.

Thanks again
