NFS over TCP

Hi all.

I have seen that "mount" has an option for NFS mounts: "proto=tcp". That should
mount NFS over TCP, instead of UDP. It also says UDP is preferred for LANs and
UDP for congested networks (like my WAN - 19200 bps).

I have tried to mount NFS with that option, but it fails with message:

NFS Portmap: RPC: Program not registered

Is there anything I can do? Does DU support NFS over TCP?

Nix.
