delete last unit with hszterm

Hello managers,
trying to delete unit d0 in a dual redundant hsz70 controllers, with the
command del d0, I get this error message:

1) If I connect to the controller using lun 2 (hszterm -b 8 -t 0 -l 2)
 
        HSZterm: lun on command line switch differs from CLI string
        HSZterm: failed tosend response to remote program.

2) If I connect to the controller using lun 0 (hszterm -b 8 -t 0 -l 0)

My controller is attached to bus 8, as reported by scu show edt:

I've created d0 unit only for test, now I have to delete it and create a
raidset using the disk attached to.
How can I do this?
Any suggestions?
