SUMMARY : Upgrade from 4.0b to 4.0f

Thanks to all who replied SO quickly (Tom Reu, Gwen Pettigrew, Nick Leonard,
Mark Angel).

The bottom line is that to go from 4.0b to 4.0f, you need to also do the
intermediate
upgrades. Meaning :

        4.0b -> 4.0d -> 4.0f
                OR
        4.0b -> 4.0e -> 4.0f
