Unwanted ToolTalk error messages

Hi people,

My systems (4 of them at 4.0D patch kit 3) seem to be plagued with an
outbreak of the worlds longest but least helpful error message:-

libtt[17741]: ttdt_Xt_input_handler(): tttk_message_receive():
TT_ERR_NOMP^INo ttsession process is running, probably because tt_open() has
not been called yet. If this code is returned from tt_open() it means
ttsession could not be started, which generally means ToolTalk is not
installed on this system.

It appears regularly, I suspect when users close CDE dterm sessions.

Anyone got any ideas where they're coming from?
Or how to get rid of them without either installing ToolTalk or
desensitising /etc/syslog.conf?

Thanks,
Ian Lawrence
