SUMMARY : how do I find the number of open file handles of DU?

Thanks for all the prompt responses. Everyone agreed that I needed to
install lsof. Which I did, works great thanks Alan, Anthony, Denise, Daniel,
Hoai, Love,Nikola,and Brian.
