This is not a warning or an error, it's simply an information message from
the system notifying you that the PCI bus cannot keep up with the speed of
your network card and therefore it will increase the buffer in order to
shoot more data to the network card. You probably rebooted the system
ealier, there is some humoungous process taking up network bandwith, or you
are set at full-duplex/100mb. As long as you don't have any performance
degradation on your network line, Relax is nothing to worry about, but good
question, summarise it, I'm sure other admins are having the same message
out there.
