SUMMARY: Upgrading from HSZ50 to HSZ70, without losing disks cont ent

Many thanks to all who responded so quickly.

The answer is No, i don't lose any content on the disks, just run config on
the new controller, recreate the storagesets, DO NOT INIT them and add the
units.
I received also a document on this upgrade (thanks to andy williams).
