Location for DU4.0f patch kit 1?

I have a need to install Digital UNIX 4.0f with patch kit 1. The ftp site
(ftp.service.digital.com) only has the latest patch kit, which is patch kit 2.

Does anyone know where I can gain access to the old patch?
