SUMMARY: Spinning dtlogin process

For once this wonderful list failed to come up with the goods. Readers of
my previous message may be able to guess the eventual solution, which was:

Step 1: Wait for power to be removed from whole site for a few hours
Step 2: That's it!

Unfortunately this solution is rarely appropriate.
