Obviously the latest firmware release is suggessted for Y2K... but is there
some way of telling which is the "minimum" Y2K firmware release?
5.x is the release number of the complete firmware release.
Each machine has its unique version number
(the latest for a 3000-300 is 7.0) which is found on CD version 5.5
