Q: control c under 4.0E

Dear Gurus,

I have just upgraded my 2100 4/275 from 4.0B to 4.0E.
Apparently, everything proceeded smoothly.

We now have some curious problems with "control c" on our X tubes (NCD)
when we want to stop a process. From time to time, "control c" does work
but generally it doesn't and we need to type "shift control c".

Any idea?
