On-line Patch and On-line UnPatch

Hi,

After installing Tru64 Unix 5.1 on my machine, I notice that I could perform
On-Line Patch.

1) Had anyone use it before?
2) How is this differ from the Single User Mode Patch?
3) Is the patch effective immediately or do we need a re-boot to effect the
changes?
4) How about on-line unpatch of the whole patch kit Is it possible ?
5) Or are we still limited to on-line un-patch via the setld -d?
