DNS problem

Hi managers,

I have a root domain server in City 1, and the primary
domain server and secondary domain server in City 2.
The configuration looks like this:

                                    -------
City 1 (root DNS) -----> |example|
                                    -------
                              ________| |________
                             | |
dns1.sub.example(primary) --- ----
                           |sub| |sub2|
dns2.sub.example(secondary) --- ----
                              |
                               |
                         ---------
                         |clients|
                         ---------

All requests from the clients are resolved by primary
or secondary server into the "sub" domain, and the
request outside the "sub" domain are resolved by the
root domain server in Spain. This root domain server
resolves other requests, for example the "sub2" zone.

But if one client makes a request of other domain, for
example yahoo.com or xxx.yyy.com, I don't want this
request forwarded to the root domain server in City 1.
I want that this kind of request refused from the
primary and/or secondary domain servers in City 2.

My question is how can I do this?

Thank's in advance
Gil
