XMX Software for Tru64Unix

hi,

is there someone who is running xmx (X multiplexor software) on
tru64unix 4.0E (or 5.1)
        

After successful installation I have problems to start xmx:

----
server_alloc: not updated since server_t last changed [312]
connection to "" refused by server
        Bad XDM authorization key length
no X servers, exiting...

Our hardware environment is:  
two Alpha Server 8200 and a large number of NCD Xterminals
