slow to receive 'login:' prompt

Hi all,

I have 5 Tru64 nodes running versions 4.0D - 5.0. Of these, 2 were recently
delivered from another location. The issue I have is with these new
arrivals, when I telnet to them it can take up to 75 seconds to receive the
'login:' prompt and doing a 'netstat -a' can take up to 10 minutes. The
other nodes respond within a couple of seconds when I enter these same
commands. Any assistance would be appreciated.
