KZTSA: Differential/Single Ended SCSI

This question is in regards to a KZTSA Fast Wide SCSI
adapter I just installed on my DEC 3000-600.
It only accommodates Differential (FWD) scsi devices.
I have some ultra2 wide disk drives, which are not
recognized when connected internally. I assume, these
are single ended devices??
Anyway, If I cannot get this to work, I have a BA356
UltraSCSI cabinet (Blue) which I am thinking may work.
Any ideas?? The UltraSCSI cabinet has a dual VHD68
connection (Split bus). The KSTSA has a regular 68-pin
scsi connecter. Do I just get a 68 to VHD68 Cable for
this to work?? Do I need a differential to SE adapter?

Thanks.
