ddr.dbase entries for Seagate, IBM disks?

I'm looking for ddr.dbase entries for the following disks:
        SEAGATE ST318275LW
        SEAGATE ST39173W
        IBM DRHS36V
Or, failing that, for suggestions on how to get rid of "Unit not ready" SCSI
errors (code 0x70, sense key 0x02) which apparently occur when these disks
are being accessed for the first time after a longish period of inactivity.

Web searches (including the list archives) failed to turn up this information.
