encrypt and decrypt files ...

I was asked to implement some security over important files in my system...

Those files must be encrypted periodically in the tru64 V.4.0D platform
(i.e. using cron) and decrypted over a MS Windows based Platform. Does
anyone use or know any Tru64 script/software to encrypt files that has a MS
Windows application to decrypt them ?!? ... with the Unix part I could try
to develop something with VB ...
