Problems running a fortran program

I have a user who is unable to run fortran programs. (This machine
is completely different from the one I was having problems with
before). Basically the program compiles fine, but when it runs it
gives the following error:

>3594:a.out: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: cannot map Main

I've tried moving the code to another DEC and I get the same error.
(If I try using the code on Solaris or under g77, it wont compile).

Any help would be apreciated.
