netstat

Hi Managers,

        I have a program that runs in the 5564 port. Sometimes this process
dies and the port is still "used". So, with the "netstat" command I can see
something like this:
tcp 0 0 hostname.5564 IP.1803 TIME_WAIT
tcp 0 0 hostname.5564 IP.2917 TIME_WAIT
tcp 0 0 hostname.5564 IP.3387 TIME_WAIT
        The question is: How can I make this port "available" to receive new
connections??????
