adding memory to ES-40

Managers:
        I have 2 ES-40's in a custer with 4.0f operating system. They
currently have 1 gig each of RAM. If I install
another 1 gig of RAM in each server will I need to rebuild the kernel or
make any other changes in the OS before I
use the servers?
