Hi, I've got a question about configuring my gigaswitches.
We have two gigaswitches and each of our servers have two gigabit cards. The idea was be using one gigaswitch at any given time, and have the other setup for some sort of automatic failover. My question is this: is it possible to configure these two switches through the system to have one in standby and one active? To me it would seem that in order to do this, you would at least have to have both network cards in each system configured with the same IP address--are you allowed to do that in Tru64 5.0A. I'm sure this is probably not the easiest thing to do, but if some of you would be so kind as to point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
