Tru64 Job posting

The recent poll regarding job posting on the list shows that most
people support the idea, especially with some form of administrative
control. (The tally was 88 for, 55 against.) I've decided to give the
idea a try. During this trial run, job postings *must* be sent to me,
not the list. I'll either approve them or reject them. Once approved,
I'll post them to the list. If I get more than one per day, I'll
combine them into a single message to the list.

Attached is the first job posting.

ERCOT is the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. We are the
Independent Service Operator (ISO) for the state of Texas.
We're looking for a Tru64/NT admin, i.e., a Tru64 admin with some NT
experience or an NT admin with Tru64 experience. This is a mission
critical position. This person and I will be responsible for the
computers (4xGS160, 2xES40, associated NT boxes and peripherals) that
will be controlling the power grid for the state of Texas. High
stress, but IMHO, very cool. The position will be located at the
Austin failover site, with some travel necessary to the primary site
in the nearby thriving metropolis of Taylor (~25 miles away). Since
this position is located at the corporate HQ, ability to deal
effectively with with executive officers would be a bonus.
Availability is ASAP; relocation and benefits are excellent. If you're
interested, please e-mail a resume to Cindy Adams,
mailto:cadams_at_ercot.com. If you know someone who might be interested,
please pass this along.
Questions? Feel free to e-mail me directly
mailto:jthomas_at_ercot.com. Here are the details:
